Apfel-Streusel-Kuchen

Here is the full recipe with which you can bake your cake really like a profi.
All measurements are taken for 1 Blech.

Ingredients

For Blech Teig:

300 g - Weizenmehl
1 - Päckchen Backpulver
1 - Vanilla Zucker
125 ml - Milch
125 g - Butter
150 g - Zucker
4 - Eier

Für die Streusel:

100 g - Butter
100 g - Zucker
200 g - Weizenmehl
½ TL - Zimt
5 - Äpfel

Recipe

Teig

  1. In the kitchen machine: Take 125 g soft butter (kept at room temp.), Vanilla zucker, Backpulver and 150g suger and start mixing it.
  2. Slowly start adding 4 eggs one by one. Add Milk after that,
  3. At last, add Mehl Slowly to make our Batter fluffier. With that our Teig is ready.

Streusel

Logic is simple, Mehl should be double (200g) of sugar (100g) and Cold butter (100g)

  1. In one big bowl: Take 100g Cold Butter, 100g sugar and 200g mehl and start mixing it. With cold butter you will be able to make it in chunks.

Assembly

  1. Start Pre-Heating of your oven to 180° C upper and lower side.
  2. Get your blech fetted and spread the teig inside.
  3. Cut approx 5 Apples and cover top layer with them.
  4. on top spread the Streusel which you have prepared so that it will be really crispier.
  5. Put the blech in the 2nd Last layer from the total 4 Layer in the oven and start baking it for 45 mins. check it and you might need 10-15 min more but dont overcook otherwise it will burn.
